1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at jpeunlimited.com (the "Site"), operated by JPE Enterprises, also doing business as JPE Unlimited ("JPE," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. WHO WE ARE

3. INFORMATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY
The content on this Site, including descriptions of our experience, approach, and ramp-up process, is provided for general informational purposes. Nothing on the Site constitutes consulting, business, legal, financial, tax, or investment advice, and nothing on the Site creates a consultant-client relationship. A consulting engagement with JPE begins only when both parties sign a separate written agreement describing the scope of services, fees, and deliverables. That signed agreement governs the engagement, and in the event of any conflict between it and these Terms, the signed agreement controls with respect to the services.
4. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, your team's execution, and decisions you make independently. We do not guarantee any particular financial result, growth rate, or business outcome from reading the Site or from engaging our services. Any examples, case descriptions, or testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not promises of comparable results.
5. CLIENT SELECTION AND INQUIRIES
We select clients selectively so that we can give each client meaningful attention. Submitting an inquiry through our contact form, by email, or by phone does not obligate us to accept you as a client, and we may decline any inquiry at our discretion.
6. CONTACT FORM AND COMMUNICATIONS
When you submit our contact form, you provide your name and email address so that we can respond. By submitting, you consent to us contacting you at the email address or phone number you provide in connection with your inquiry. Please do not send confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information through the contact form or by unencrypted email; information sent before a signed engagement and confidentiality agreement is in place will not be treated as confidential. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use the Site to: violate any applicable law or regulation; transmit spam, malware, or other harmful code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems; scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Site; interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation or security; impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity; or solicit our visitors or clients for competing services.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, photographs, logos, layouts, methodologies, and the marks "JPE Enterprises" and "JPE Unlimited," is owned by JPE or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages of the Site for your own personal or internal business reference. You may not otherwise reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content, or use it for commercial purposes, without our prior written permission.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The Site is hosted and delivered using GoDaddy Website Builder, and may contain links to third-party websites or resources, including embedded maps. We do not control third-party sites or services and are not responsible for their content, availability, practices, or terms. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. Your use of any third-party site is subject to that site's own terms and policies.
10. AVAILABILITY OF THE SITE
We aim to keep the Site available and accurate, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site, or any part of it, at any time without notice. Business hours listed on the Site are subject to change and are not a commitment to respond within any particular timeframe.
11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Site and all content on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and completeness. 12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JPE Enterprises and its owners, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunity, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00). Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Liability arising from a signed consulting engagement is governed by the limitation provisions of that agreement.
13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JPE Enterprises and its owners, officers, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
14. PRIVACY
Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how we use it. By using the Site, you acknowledge that policy.
15. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and post the revised version on the Site. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this section periodically.
17. SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and JPE regarding your use of the Site, and supersede any prior understandings on that subject.
